Golden Rein Stable reputation will be permanent and will not be spent. After reaching the required rank, players are intended to be able to purchase multiple copies for multiple horses.

This barding is intended for world travel. Horses cannot enter MythicDungeons, so it is not dungeon-progression equipment.
When Golden Rein Stables becomes active, the permanent reputation rank will unlock repeatable purchases rather than being spent.
